The Rules

1. Account Policy

• You are allowed to register and maintain only ONE (1) account per person, household, IP address, and device.
• Creating multiple accounts to exploit the referral system or faucet limits will result in an immediate, permanent ban and forfeiture of all balances.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. We use Google Authentication to ensure account safety.

2. Anti-Fraud & Security

We employ strict, zero-tolerance anti-fraud systems. Violation of any of the following will result in an automatic Hard Ban or Shadowban.

• No VPNs or Proxies: The use of VPNs, Proxies, Tor nodes, or datacenter IPs to hide your location or identity is strictly prohibited.
• No Bots or Automation: The use of auto-clickers, macros, headless browsers, scripts, or any automated software to claim rewards is strictly forbidden.
• Browser Fingerprinting: Attempting to alter or spoof your browser fingerprint to bypass limits will trigger our automated security traps.

3. Earnings & Withdrawals

• Telegram Requirement: To withdraw funds, you must verify your identity via our official Telegram Bot and remain an active member of our official Telegram Channel. Leaving the channel will revoke withdrawal privileges.
• CWallet: Withdrawals are processed exclusively via CWallet (ccpayment.com). You must provide a valid CWallet ID. We are not responsible for funds sent to an incorrect ID.
• Platform Reserves: Faucet payouts are dependent on our hot wallet reserves and ad revenue. If the platform reserve is temporarily empty, withdrawals will be paused until the vault is refilled.
• No Monetary Value: On-platform balances are points that represent a claim to crypto. They have no real-world cash value until successfully withdrawn to your external wallet.

4. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend, ban, or terminate any account at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms. If your account is banned for cheating, all pending balances are permanently forfeited.

5. Limitation of Liability

Earn-Bonk is provided "as is" without any warranties. We do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to the platform. We are not liable for any losses resulting from server downtime, third-party API failures (such as CWallet or Google Auth), or fluctuations in the value of cryptocurrency.
